2026 City of Shoreline Resident Satisfaction Survey
Your feedback is important to us. The following survey helps the City understand how satisfied residents are with the services we provide. To set the right priorities and make well-informed decisions, we need to hear your thoughts. Your household is one of a small number selected to receive this survey, so your response is especially valuable. The results will help City leaders as they make decisions about a wide range of services, including public safety; parks and recreation programs and facilities; street maintenance; sidewalk construction; transportation; code enforcement; communications; and many others.
To ensure accuracy and fairness, we have contracted with ETC Institute, an independent company, to conduct the survey. At the end of the survey for fully completing your survey, you will have an opportunity to enter a drawing for a chance to win one (1) $500 prepaid Visa gift card.
